NTK Crew

Privacy policy

Last updated 15 September 2026.

This explains what we do with your information when you register interest with NTK Crew. It is written to be read, not to be skipped.

Who we are

NTK Crew, a company registered in England and Wales. Contact: ryan@ntkcrew.com. We are the data controller for the information you give us.

What we collect

Why we collect it, and our lawful basis

To contact you about construction work in Australia and, if it goes that way, to put you forward to an employer. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests, specifically matching tradespeople with employers who are looking for them, which is what you contacted us for. Where you give us information about qualifications and references, we process it to take steps at your request before entering into an arrangement.

Who we share it with

We share your details with prospective employers in Australia only when we have discussed a specific opportunity with you and you have said yes. We will always tell you who we are sending your details to before we send them.

We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to anyone else for marketing.

We use Netlify to host this website and receive form submissions, and Microsoft 365 for email. Both process data on our behalf.

Sending your information outside the UK

If you are put forward for a role, your details will be sent to a company in Australia. Australia does not have a UK adequacy decision, so where we do this we rely on appropriate safeguards or on your explicit consent given at the time. We will not send your details overseas without telling you first.

How long we keep it

Two years from your last contact with us, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or you go on to be placed, in which case we keep records for as long as we need them for that arrangement.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. You can object to us processing it on the basis of legitimate interests. Email ryan@ntkcrew.com and we will deal with it within one month.

If you are not happy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
